We offer free shipping on all US orders, and a flat rate of $10 for all international orders.

We currently only ship within the US and Canada, but are hoping to offer Measure Me more widely soon. Contact us to request Measure Me in your country!

We accept returns of any Measure Me product within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Contact us here to begin the process for your return.

Unless otherwise specified, Measure Me only covers return shipping within Canada. Please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for return (optional). From there, we'll issue you a prepaid return label. Note that the product must be returned to us unaltered within 30 days after our receipt of your notification that you'd like to make a return.

Send the parcel, packaged to avoid any damage, from your local postal operator or drop-off point. Once we have received the product, and if the item is in satisfactory condition, we will refund your original payment within 5-7 working days. If the product is returned either damaged, incomplete, or not in the original packaging, this may result either in a reduction or cancellation of your return to compensate for the loss in value.
